The tool development training was very useful for our company. We went over to Herentals with four employees of Stalmax: professionals who are already experienced but also young engineers who are new into tooling design.
For everyone of us it was interesting and it was appreciated that specific topics were handled upon our request. For the junior tool designers, they learned in two days what normally would take half a year for us to teach inside the company.
No doubt that the training has given us extra knowledge, which is essential to develop tooling for more complex geometry products and for us to be able to respond to the changing customer demands. For me it was not the first visit to Herentals, in 2018 I also attended the operator training.
