Tool training

The tool training is one of our four standard training courses. This training can be organised in our Academy in Herentals as well as on location. The content of the tool training contains but is not limited to:

• Basic material training and understanding of the flow curve
• Rules and limits of cold forming
• Force calculation
• Development of progression
• Development of tools
• Pre-stressing of tools
• Materials for tools
• Nedschroef machine kinematics
• Hot forming
• New developments in machine design
• Client questions and parts discussion

We can always adjust the program according to the participants level and interests. In the end, the goal is to have a maximum knowledge transfer from Nedschroef to customer, and the other way around!
