Courses overview

Throughout the years, our team of industry experts have gained a lot of practical knowledge we are eager to share with both experienced manufacturers of fasteners and parts and with others who are exploring the potential of cold forming for the first time. Nedschroef Academy offers four types of courses, each dedicated to a certain topic of interest.

Teacher

Intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of cold forming techology.

Operator next to machine

Qualified operators are in high demand but can be challenging to find. At Nedschroef Academy, we provide dedicated hands-on training to operators, ensuring they become proficient with Nedform machines.

Hydraulics technician working

Practical training for operators and/or maintenance technicians. This trainings covers topics in relation to preventive and reactive maintenance, ensuring participants are trained to handle a wide range of maintenance-related tasks.

Person showing products

Training course for tool designers where industry insights, best practices, and the latest techniques to maximize the efficiency and performance of tooling are covered.

"I would highly recommend the Nedschroef tool development training for every professional active in the cold forming business, tool design in particular"

The tool development training was very useful for our company. We went over to Herentals with four employees of Stalmax: professionals who are already experienced but also young engineers who are new into tooling design. For everyone of us it was interesting and it was appreciated that specific topics were handled upon our request. For the junior tool designers, they learned in two days what normally would take half a year for us to teach inside the company. No doubt that the training has given us extra knowledge, which is essential to develop tooling for more complex geometry products and for us to be able to respond to the changing customer demands. For me it was not the first visit to Herentals, in 2018 I also attended the operator training.
