The Nedform NB522EL/NB622EL is a cold forming machine extended with an integrated pointing and threading station to form bolts in a single operation. It is the ideal machine for producing long products, bolts and parts, with a maximum wire diameter of 22 mm. For parts with product length over 200 mm, the production speed is limited to 120 ppm. The 5 or 6 stations technology allows manufacturing of complex part geometries.
Because of its compact design and modular concept of optional machine features, installation surface is reduced to a minimum. The dynamic bolt making process ensures a high-quality output at high speed.
