Our high-speed camera system is fully integrated into the cold forming machine, designed to maximize Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and provide unparalleled visibility into the forming process.
The industrial camera records continuously and keeps a short buffer (~4 sec). This ensures the exact moment an event occurs is instantly available and shown directly on the HMI for fast diagnostics. Even issues that happen too quickly or deep inside the machine become visible.
This eliminates guesswork, speeds up troubleshooting, and gives operators immediate, precise insight across all stations.
Capturing the Critical Moment
In machines running at high production speed, certain events happen extremely quickly or in areas that are not directly visible. Traditional recording tools often miss the exact moment something goes wrong. With this system, every critical instant is captured in high detail, making it obvious why a part failed or where a disturbance originated.
Preventing issues before they happen is equally important. High-speed detailed video footage helps engineers fine tune, analyze and document the forming process. This leads to continuous improvement and higher process stability.

The camera continuously records during forming and stores a rolling buffer of the most recent cycles. When an issue is detected (e.g., by the force monitoring system), the relevant footage is automatically saved. - Manual Recording
Operators can start or stop video recordings manually for specific tests or observations. - Detailed analysis
Video material can be viewed on the operator panel screen (HMI) or exported for documentation or deeper analysis. - Remote viewing
Live or recorded footage can be accessed on-site or securely via VPN. All data is stored locally, ensuring full ownership.
