Operator training
Cold forming requires a lot of knowledge about the basic materials, tools and machine operations. To produce complex products as efficient as possible, with minimum machine break-down, you need highly-qualified operators. The Nedform Academy offers excellent practical training on the Nedform machine. The main focus during the whole training is how to operate the machine in the most safe and efficient way. Your operators will become totally familiar with the machine. And with well-trained operators you will get more out of your machine!
Operator training course at a glance
- Three courses available:
- machine kinematics
- forming technology, and
- maintenance
- Length of course is five working days
- Maximum three operators of your company per training
- Nedform machine NB615 is available for practice lessons
- Choice of training in two languages:
- English, or
- German
- Participants receive a certificate at the end of the training
Planning Operator Training Courses
If you require to schedule an Operator Training, please contact Nedform Academy about the availability.
Location of the training is Nedform Academy, located at Nedschroef Machinery in Herentals (Belgium). Participants can stay in a hotel nearby Herentals.
Cost
Participation in the Operator training course: € 6.000,- per week, for max. 3 operators.
Included: hand-outs, lunch and coffee breaks.
Excluded: 21% VAT; travel, boarding and lodging cost.
